1. The Service
Digilands provides an automated platform for creating property landing pages. We do not act as agents or legal advisors in land transactions. Our role is strictly limited to the presentation and hosting of your property data.
2. Ownership & Responsibility
You represent that you own or have the legal right to list the property provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data, pricing, and media uploaded to your site. Digilands is not liable for any disputes arising from land sales.
3. Payments & Fees
The activation fee (KES 5,000) is a one-time setup cost. The maintenance fee (KES 1,000/month) covers high-performance hosting and support. Sites will be moved to the registry archive if maintenance fees are not current.
4. Content Standards
We reserve the right to suspend any site that promotes fraudulent activity or contains illegal content. Every asset must adhere to our professional presentation standards.
